Ingredients
2 ounces rye
4 dashes Angostura bitters
1 tablespoon egg white
¾ ounce lemon juice
½ ounce maple syrup
Ice
Soda water, to top
Cinnamon stick, for garnish
Directions
In a cocktail shaker, combine the rye, bitters, egg white, lemon juice, maple syrup and ice. Shake vigorously, then pour into an ice-filled Old Fashioned glass. Top with soda water and freshly grated cinnamon.
