How to Make a Rye Fizz | Tasting Table Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 ounces rye
  • 4 dashes Angostura bitters
  • 1 tablespoon egg white
  • ¾ ounce lemon juice
  • ½ ounce maple syrup
  • Ice
  • Soda water, to top
  • Cinnamon stick, for garnish
Directions
  1. In a cocktail shaker, combine the rye, bitters, egg white, lemon juice, maple syrup and ice. Shake vigorously, then pour into an ice-filled Old Fashioned glass. Top with soda water and freshly grated cinnamon.
