- ¼ cup water
- 3 tablespoons mirin
- 3 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 3 tablespoons tahini
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1½ tablespoons red miso
- 1½ tablespoons sugar
- 1½ tablespoons sake
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- In a small bowl, whisk all the ingredients together until smooth. Use immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
