Li Hing Mui-Spiced Popcorn

Ingredients
2 teaspoons li hing mui powder (salted plum powder)
1 teaspoon kosher salt
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon onion powder
⅛ cayenne pepper
10 cups freshly popped unflavored popcorn (from 1 bag microwave popcorn)
Directions
In a small bowl, mix together the li hing mui, salt, garlic powder, onion powder and cayenne.
To a large bowl, add the warm popcorn. Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon of the li hing mui blend. Toss to combine and serve.
