Li Hing Mui-Spiced Popcorn

Ingredients
  • 2 teaspoons li hing mui powder (salted plum powder)
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ⅛ cayenne pepper
  • 10 cups freshly popped unflavored popcorn (from 1 bag microwave popcorn)
Directions
  1. In a small bowl, mix together the li hing mui, salt, garlic powder, onion powder and cayenne.
  2. To a large bowl, add the warm popcorn. Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon of the li hing mui blend. Toss to combine and serve.
