Ingredients
1½ ounces vodka
½ ounce Aperol
¾ ounce St-Germain elderflower liqueur
¾ ounce freshly squeezed grapefruit juice
¾ ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 tablespoon egg white
Ice
Grapefruit peel, for garnish
Directions
In a cocktail shaker, add the vodka, Aperol, St-Germain, fresh grapefruit and lemon juices, and egg white. Add ice and shake until well mixed and emulsified. Strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with the oils of a grapefruit twist.
