Ingredients
1½ ounces gin
1 ounce Byrrh
½ ounce Salers gentian liqueur
Ice
Orange peel
Directions
In a mixing glass, add the gin, Byrrh and Salers. Fill with ice and stir until well chilled. Strain into a chilled coupe and garnish with the orange peel. Serve.
