Ingredients
  • Ice
  • 1 ounce Buffalo Trace bourbon
  • 1 ounce aged rum, such as Cruzan single-barrel
  • ½ ounce John D. Taylor's Velvet falernum
  • ½ ounce Dolin rouge, or another sweet vermouth
  • 3 dashes orange bitters, such as Regan's
  • Orange zest for garnish
Directions
  1. In a mixing glass filled with ice, combine bourbon, rum, falernum, vermouth and bitters. Stir, then strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with orange zest. Serve.
