½ ounce Maraschino cherry juice (from a jar of Maraschino cherries)
1 tablespoon fig jam
Prosecco
Orange slices and a Maraschino cherry, to garnish
Directions
Scoop the vanilla ice cream into a martini glass or coupe. In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine the Amaretto, rum, cherry juice and jam. Shake vigorously, then strain over the ice cream. Top the glass with Prosecco and garnish with the orange slices and cherry. Serve.
