2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice (from about 1½ medium lemons)
Four 12-ounce bottles chilled beer (pale ale or hefeweizen)
Directions
In a large pitcher, muddle together the apricots, granulated sugar and lemon juice until all the ingredients are combined and the apricots are falling apart. Pour in the beer and stir to combine. Strain and serve chilled with apricot wedges.
