Preheat the oven to 310 F and grease a mini muffin tin.
On a lightly floured surface, roll out the puff pastry.
Cut the puff pastry into 24 squares of roughly the same size. Place the squares into the muffin tin wells.
Cut the Brie into small pieces and place it inside the puff pastry squares. Top the brie with one teaspoon of cranberry sauce, a sliver of garlic, and rosemary leaves.
Bake the bites in the oven for 15 minutes, or until the puff pastry turns golden.
