Miso Salmon Recipe

Ingredients
  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons brown miso paste
  • 1 tablespoon white rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Directions
  1. In a small bowl, mix together the miso paste, vinegar, soy sauce, brown sugar, and red pepper flakes.
  2. Spoon the mixture all over the salmon fillets, coating them generously.
  3. Place the salmon fillets in the fridge to marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Preheat the oven to 375 F and transfer the salmon to a baking sheet lined with foil.
  5. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or to your preference of doneness. You can also pan fry or grill if preferred.
  6. Sprinkle some optional sesame seeds on top and serve.
