- 4 salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons brown miso paste
- 1 tablespoon white rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- In a small bowl, mix together the miso paste, vinegar, soy sauce, brown sugar, and red pepper flakes.
- Spoon the mixture all over the salmon fillets, coating them generously.
- Place the salmon fillets in the fridge to marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 375 F and transfer the salmon to a baking sheet lined with foil.
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or to your preference of doneness. You can also pan fry or grill if preferred.
- Sprinkle some optional sesame seeds on top and serve.
