Smoked Country-Style Ribs Recipe

Ingredients
6 (2 ½ pounds) country-style pork ribs
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
1 cup Sweet Baby Ray's barbecue sauce
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
Directions
Preheat the grill to 165 F.
Season the pork ribs with salt and pepper to taste. Place the ribs on the grill and smoke for 1 hour.
Mix the sauce while the ribs cook. Add the barbecue sauce, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, and Worcestershire sauce into a bowl and whisk.
Turn the heat up on the grill to 450 F. Brush the ribs with the sauce, reserving about ¼ cup for dipping. Cook for 30 minutes until done.
Serve with additional sauce, if desired.
