Smoked Country-Style Ribs Recipe

Ingredients
  • 6 (2 ½ pounds) country-style pork ribs
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup Sweet Baby Ray's barbecue sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
Directions
  1. Preheat the grill to 165 F.
  2. Season the pork ribs with salt and pepper to taste. Place the ribs on the grill and smoke for 1 hour.
  3. Mix the sauce while the ribs cook. Add the barbecue sauce, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, and Worcestershire sauce into a bowl and whisk.
  4. Turn the heat up on the grill to 450 F. Brush the ribs with the sauce, reserving about ¼ cup for dipping. Cook for 30 minutes until done.
  5. Serve with additional sauce, if desired.
