Blue Cheese Dressing Recipe

Ingredients
  • ½ cup blue cheese crumbles
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped parsley
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • ¼ teaspoon fine sea salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
Directions
  1. Use a fork to mash the blue cheese crumbles into a paste.
  2. Stir the mayonnaise into the blue cheese
  3. Mix the yogurt into the blue cheese.
  4. Add the parsley, garlic, and lemon juice to the dressing.
  5. Season the dressing with ¼ teaspoon each of salt and pepper.
  6. Refrigerate for 2 hours before using.
