Ingredients
  • 4 Salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 375 F.
  2. Combine 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 2 tablespoons lime juice, 2 tablespoons honey, 2 cloves garlic, ½ teaspoon salt, and ½ teaspoon black pepper in a saucepan over low heat. Stir until combined and bubbly.
  3. Place 4 salmon fillets on a lined baking sheet. Spoon the honey lime sauce over the salmon fillets and bake for 12 minutes, then broil on low for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Serve with fresh lime wedges, and enjoy.
