Mocha Brownies Recipe

Ingredients
  • 10 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • ½ tablespoon instant espresso powder
  • 2 large eggs
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
Directions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F. Lightly grease an 8x8-inch baking pan with cooking spray, line with parchment paper, and set aside.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, sugar, vanilla extract, and espresso powder. Beat in the eggs until well combined.
  3. Add in the flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Gently mix the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients until the batter is smooth. Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
  4. Bake the brownies for 22-25 minutes in the preheated oven, until the center of the brownies is set.
  5. Allow the brownies to cool to room temperature, then cut and serve.
