Crispy Baked Chicken Wings Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 pounds chicken wings
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • ¾ tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon ground ginger
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste
Directions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400 F.
  2. Place the wings in an even layer in a baking dish.
  3. Season the wings with salt and pepper, to taste.
  4. Bake the wings for 15 minutes.
  5. While the wings are baking, mix the barbecue sauce, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, and ground ginger together.
  6. Remove the baking dish from the oven and flip the wings. Brush the wings with the prepared sauce and bake for 15 minutes.
  7. Flip the wings and brush them with sauce again, and finish baking another 10 minutes.
  8. Garnish with chopped scallions, if desired.
