Ingredients
  • 1 roll pie crust
  • 1 egg
  • ½ stick butter
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • ¼ cup almond meal
  • 2 pears
  • ¼ cup almond shavings
Directions
  1. Line a tart mold with the pie crust and store it in the refrigerator until ready to use.
  2. Cream the butter with the sugar and almond meal with a spatula until smooth.
  3. Add the egg and mix until smooth. Store in the refrigerator until ready to use.
  4. Peel the pears, take the cores out, and cut them in half, length-wise.
  5. Slice the pears into ½-inch slices.
  6. Add the almond cream to the tart mold, and place the pear slices on top.
  7. Add the almond shavings.
  8. Bake the almond pear tart at 350 F for 25 minutes.
  9. Cool for 15 minutes before serving.
