Ingredients
  • 8 ounces spaghetti
  • 2 lemons, zested
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • ½ cup lemon juice
  • ⅓ cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • ⅔ cup Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup fresh basil, chopped, divided
Directions
  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions.
  2. Mix the lemon zest, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
  3. Drain the cooked pasta and put it back in the pot.
  4. Add the lemon dressing, Parmesan cheese, and ¼ cup basil. Stir to combine.
  5. Use the reserved basil to top the pasta right before serving.
