Ingredients
  • 2 pounds bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
  • ΒΌ cup Dijon mustard
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
  1. Preheat the oven to 390 F.
  2. Mix the mustard, honey, and olive oil together in a small bowl.
  3. Add the chicken thighs to a baking dish and sprinkle with salt and pepper, to taste.
  4. Spoon the honey mustard sauce over the chicken.
  5. Bake for 40 minutes, or until cooked through. The skin should be crisp.
  6. Sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley, if desired.
