- 1 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- ½ cup fresh Italian parsley, chopped
- 4 cups garlic, minced
- ½ cup olive oil
- ¼ cup lime juice
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- Roughly chop the cilantro and parsley before measuring out 1 cup of cilantro and ½ cup of parsley. Avoid using the bottom half of stems.
- Add the cilantro, parsley, garlic, olive oil, lime juice, honey, cumin, salt, and pepper to a food processor. Blend for 2 minutes or until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.
- Serve the chimichurri sauce and enjoy.
