Ingredients
  • 1 medium onion, sliced into chunks
  • 1 head garlic cloves, peeled
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced into chunks
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced into chunks
  • 4 green onions, white and green parts, sliced
  • 1 cup cilantro, packed, stems and leaves
Directions
  1. Place all ingredients in a food processor.
  2. Pulse until a chunky sauce forms.
  3. Store in an airtight container in the fridge until ready to use.
