Creamy Spinach Dip Recipe

Ingredients
  • ½ cup sour cream

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened

  • 10 ounces frozen spinach, thawed and drained

  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese
, grated
  • 1 ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese, divided

  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • 
2 teaspoons fresh garlic, minced

  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper

  • ¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper
 flakes
Directions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F. Spray an 8x8-inch baking dish with cooking spray, and set it aside.

  2. In a large bowl, combine the sour cream and cream cheese. Mix together until combined and smooth.

  3. Add the spinach, Parmesan, 1 cup of mozzarella, onion powder, garlic, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes to the bowl. Blend until the mixture is well-combined.

  4. Transfer the spinach dip to the prepared baking dish and spread it out evenly. Sprinkle the remaining ½ cup of mozzarella cheese on top of the dip.

  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, until the top is golden and the cheese is melted.

  6. Serve warm with bread or crackers for dipping.
