Ingredients
  • 2 pork chops
  • 1 tablespoon Kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1½ teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
Directions
  1. Pat down the pork chops with a paper towel to remove any excess moisture and preheat the air fryer to 375 F.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the salt, paprika, garlic powder, and ground pepper.
  3. Liberally sprinkle the spice mixture on each side of the pork chops — be sure to gently pat the spices into the meat.
  4. When the air fryer is preheated, spray cooking oil onto the tray to prevent the pork chops from sticking. Place the chops inside the main basket, and set to cook for 12 minutes with the turn reminder set for the halfway point.
  5. Flip the pork chops halfway through the cooking time to ensure an even cook. Remove the pork chops when the internal temperature reaches at least 145 F.
  6. Allow the pork to rest for 2 minutes before cutting and enjoying.
