Air Fryer Stuffed Chicken Breast Recipe

Ingredients
2 chicken breasts (approximately 1 ½ pounds total)
1 teaspoon fine sea salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
¼ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
3 tablespoons cream cheese
½ cup sun-dried tomatoes in oil, drained and chopped
½ cup fresh baby spinach
Directions
Cut a pocket in each chicken breast. Season both the outside and inside with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
In a mixing bowl, combine the 3 kinds of cheese together with the sun-dried tomatoes.
Stuff the cheese mixture into each chicken breast, then add the spinach.
Close the pockets as best you can, securing with a toothpick if necessary.
Air fry the chicken at 375 F for 11 minutes, then flip it and cook for 11 minutes more, or until the meat reaches 165 F.
Allow the chicken to rest for 5 minutes before you cut it.
