Ingredients
  • ¼ cup diced white onion
  • 1 large clove garlic, diced
  • 1 jalapeño, diced and seeded
  • 1 bunch cilantro, chopped
  • 2 limes, zested and juiced
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon oregano
  • 2 (15-ounce) cans fire-roasted tomatoes, drained
Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Pulse 10 to 15 times for chunky salsa. If you prefer a smooth salsa, blend on a constant speed.
  3. Chill salsa in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
