Fire-Roasted Salsa Recipe

Ingredients
¼ cup diced white onion
1 large clove garlic, diced
1 jalapeño, diced and seeded
1 bunch cilantro, chopped
2 limes, zested and juiced
1 teaspoon honey
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon oregano
2 (15-ounce) cans fire-roasted tomatoes, drained
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a blender.
Pulse 10 to 15 times for chunky salsa. If you prefer a smooth salsa, blend on a constant speed.
Chill salsa in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
