Ingredients
3 medium tomatoes, deseeded and diced
½ white or yellow onion, diced
1 jalapeño, diced small
¾ cup cilantro, loosely packed, roughly chopped
juice of 1 lime
¾ teaspoon salt
Directions
Add the tomatoes, onion, jalapeño, and cilantro to a bowl. Stir to combine.
Add the lime juice and salt to the salsa. Stir to combine, taste, and adjust seasonings as necessary.
Serve the pico de gallo immediately or cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
