2 acorn squashes, sliced lengthwise with seeds removed
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon chili powder
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
Directions
Preheat the oven to 400 F.
Like a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper.
Combine the acorn squash slices, 1 tablespoon olive oil, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon onion powder, 1 teaspoon chili powder, ½ teaspoon of salt, and ½ teaspoon of black pepper in a large bowl. Toss to combine and place on baking tray.
Bake for 25 minutes, flipping the squash pieces halfway through.
