Easy Sopapilla Cheesecake Recipe

Ingredients
2 (8-ounce) cans crescent rolls
2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1 cup sugar, divided
2 teaspoons vanilla
¼ cup butter, melted
1 teaspoon cinnamon
¼ teaspoon allspice
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350 F.
Unroll one of the crescent rolls and lay it down in the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish. With your hands, press all seams together.
Using a hand mixer, blend the cream cheese, vanilla, and ½ cup of sugar in a medium bowl.
Spread this mixture on top of the crescent roll layer.
Unroll the second can of crescent rolls and lay this on top of the cheese mixture. Press the seams together.
Pour the melted butter on top of this layer.
In a small bowl, combine the remaining sugar, cinnamon, and allspice.
Sprinkle this mixture on top of the melted butter.
Bake for 20 to 30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
Remove from oven and let cool for 30 minutes before slicing into 15 squares.
