Cool Mango Lassi Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1 cup plain yogurt

  • ½ cup whole milk 

  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • ¼ teaspoon cardamom powder
  • 1 teaspoon freshly squeezed lime juice
Directions
  1. Remove the frozen mango chunks from the freezer about 15 minutes before making the lassi, to allow them time to soften up a bit (but not thaw).
  2. Place the mango chunks, the plain yogurt, the milk, the honey, the cardamom powder, and the lime juice into a blender and then blend everything until smooth.
  3. Pour out the mango lassi into 2 glasses and serve with a mint leaf as garnish. Serve straight away or keep in the fridge for up to 48 hours.
