- 1 cup frozen mango chunks
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- ½ cup whole milk
- 3 tablespoons honey
- ¼ teaspoon cardamom powder
- 1 teaspoon freshly squeezed lime juice
- Remove the frozen mango chunks from the freezer about 15 minutes before making the lassi, to allow them time to soften up a bit (but not thaw).
- Place the mango chunks, the plain yogurt, the milk, the honey, the cardamom powder, and the lime juice into a blender and then blend everything until smooth.
- Pour out the mango lassi into 2 glasses and serve with a mint leaf as garnish. Serve straight away or keep in the fridge for up to 48 hours.
