Ingredients
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup water
Directions
  1. Pour the sugar and water into a large measuring cup or jug.
  2. Stir them together with a spoon to help the sugar dissolve.
  3. Pour the contents into an airtight bottle with a lid.
  4. Shake the container for about 20 seconds, then repeat every 15 minutes for 1 hour.
  5. After 1 hour, the syrup can be used.
