Although August is still considered a summer month, Reddit users have already spotted red boxes of Madi Gran Panettone at Costco nearly four months early.
While it's surprising to see panettone — the lighter, more adored cousin of fruitcake — for sale so early, Costco typically starts selling holiday products at the end of August.
Don't be surprised if you start seeing holiday food and drinks for sale at Costco soon, like DIY gingerbread mansions, champagnes perfect for New Year's, and pumpkin pies.
