Make canned mushroom soup your own and use it as an easy (and delicious) sauce swap. No prep work is necessary — simply use it right out of the can.
The best option is to let it simmer on the stove, then pour it onto your go-to protein for the night. For a thinner sauce, use vegetable or chicken stock to add flavor along the way.
To elevate the soup even more, add Worcestershire sauce for more umami, seasonings like black pepper and garlic powder for more flavor, and fresh herbs to bring it all together.
