The Fool's Gold Loaf consisted of an entire loaf of bread that was hollowed out and stuffed with a jar of peanut butter and jam and a pound of cooked bacon.
The sandwich was a specialty of Denver's Colorado Mine Company restaurant. Elvis Presley was a big fan and reportedly flew in his private jet just to eat this sandwich.
Peanut Butter And Banana
A big fan of peanut butter, one of the King's favorite dishes to enjoy regularly was a toasted peanut butter and banana sandwich.
To make this sandwich yourself, toast the bread slices, spread peanut butter and thin slices of banana, then fry the sandwich in butter.
Pepsi
Presley wasn't a big fan of alcohol and preferred to drink Pepsi with his meals. He may have even enjoyed sipping the drink onstage.
Coffee
In the morning Elvis reportedly started his day with orange juice and coffee. He preferred his coffee sweet, drinking
it with half-and-half and Sweet'N Low.
Biscuits
Presley was a native of Tupelo, Mississippi, so he loved a
big Southern-style breakfast
in the morning that included biscuits, scrambled eggs,
and sausage patties.
