Horseradish Mayo Is The Hero Ingredient To Boost A French Dip Sandwich

A French dip sandwich may seem impossible to improve upon, but horseradish mayo can make the sandwich even more incredible with a burst of complementary flavor.
The spicy bite of horseradish will bring contrasting heat to the savory beef, while the creamy mayo makes the filling even richer in texture.
The easiest way to make horseradish mayo is to buy pre-made horseradish sauce and mix it into mayo. It’s best to add a little to start and slowly add more until you're satisfied.
You can also use fresh horseradish by washing and peeling the root vegetable's outer layer before grating it. Keep in mind that it’s much more pungent and spicy than a sauce.
