This trick is especially handy for assembling dishes like beef Wellington or pumpkin roll cake, where layers must be arranged before refrigerating.
Ramsay’s tip works so well because the added moisture increases the cling wrap's ability to stick to things, creating a stronger adhesion so it doesn't move around.
