How The Pink Lady Cocktail Dressed Up The Cheap Gin Of Prohibition
BY COURTNEY BRANDT
During the era of Prohibition in the U.S., creative cocktails thrived, resulting in drinks like the pink lady, which masked the rough edges of the cheap and often impure gin.
