Make Disappointing Restaurant Butter Packets Easier To Use With One Hack
By CC GOURDEAU
The single-serve butter packets that are offered in restaurants are usually taken straight out of the refrigerator, which makes the butter hard to spread and eat.
To soften the butter, take a fork and pierce holes into the foil top of the packet. Then, hold the tub over your food and fold it in half lengthwise, bending away from the foil.
Thin strings of butter will be pushed out of the holes in the foil, and combined with the heat from your fingers, the strings will be easy to spread on your toast.
