Ranking Blue Cheese Dressing Brands From Worst To Best
BY Samantha Maxwell
8. Signature Select
Signature Select's blue cheese dressing and dip is the thinnest of all the brands on this list. Beyond being watery, it also completely lacks chunkiness.
It’s slightly sweet, thanks to the sugar it contains for no reason. You can also taste some vinegar, but the actual flavor of blue cheese is conspicuously absent.
7. Ken's Steak House
You can’t taste any blue cheese in Ken's Steak House creamy Wisconsin blue cheese dressing at all. Rather, you're left with a boring, vaguely acidic flavor.
It's quite thick, which makes it great for dipping, but you wouldn't want to use it as a salad dressing. It's also missing that chunkiness you may be looking for in a dressing.
6. Kraft
Despite having the word “chunky” in its name, Kraft chunky blue cheese dressing is quite watery. It has a salty flavor profile and doesn’t taste much like blue cheese.
5. Litehouse
Litehouse's chunky blue cheese dressing and dip is the creamiest one of the bunch, making for a great mouthfeel, but the cheese flavor is too mild and it’s a bit bland.
4. 365
Whole Foods’ 365 organic chunky blue cheese dressing and dip does actually contain some blue cheese chunks and is quite creamy, but the funk factor in it isn't that strong.
