Roast Garlic In Your Microwave For Fast Convenience
BY STEPHANIE FRIEDMAN
There are various ways to roast garlic, but none of them are as convenient as popping it in the microwave. It’s much faster than other methods and still produces a great flavor.
The caveat is that your garlic may not be quite as browned or aromatic, but this method still works well if you're putting the roasted garlic into another dish.
Start by chopping off the top of the garlic heads, then place them in a shallow bowl with just enough water to cover the bottom. Drizzle with olive oil and seasonings.
