Roast Garlic In Your Microwave For Fast Convenience

There are various ways to roast garlic, but none of them are as convenient as popping it in the microwave. It’s much faster than other methods and still produces a great flavor.

The caveat is that your garlic may not be quite as browned or aromatic, but this method still works well if you're putting the roasted garlic into another dish.
Start by chopping off the top of the garlic heads, then place them in a shallow bowl with just enough water to cover the bottom. Drizzle with olive oil and seasonings.
Finally, pop the bowl in the microwave and cook on medium heat until the cloves are soft.
Each microwave cooks at a different rate, so keep an eye on your garlic to avoid burning.
