Starbucks Is Bringing A Fan-Favorite Drink To Grocery Stores
By BRIANNA CORLEY
Starbucks isn’t only busy dominating the café industry; the company has also set its sights on conquering grocery store beverage aisles. The coffee giant already sells ready-to-drink bottles of its coveted pumpkin spice latte, a line of cold brew beverages, and more, but now a wildly popular non-coffee drink is about to hit the shelves.
Starbucks has announced the addition of a fan favorite to its ready-to-drink line. The Pink Drink is a sweet treat consisting of a Strawberry Acai Refresher base accented with passion fruit, coconut milk and fresh strawberries, and has been adored by Starbucks enthusiasts since it first gained traction as a "secret menu" item in 2016.
Starbucks announced the upcoming debut of the ready-to-drink Pink Drink on Starbucks Investor Day. The Takeout reached out to a Starbucks representative to get an exact release date, but the source could only confirm that the product will hit store shelves in the U.S. "soon," so Pink Drink fanatics should be on the lookout.
