Take Your Pasta Dishes To A Professional Level With One Extra Step
BY DARAISHA COSBY
If you want to make your pasta a bit more interesting, try grilling the dry noodles first to impart a subtle smoky flavor that will instantly elevate your dish.
It may sound strange, but grilling dry pasta transforms its taste with a smoky depth, giving your finished dish a fullness and complexity it would otherwise be missing.
Add dry noodles to a grill basket or some foil before setting it on a preheated grill. Cook for about four minutes, keeping the pasta moving until it's light brown and toasted.
Instead of boiling the pasta in water, place it directly in your sauce so it imbues the sauce with its flavor, retaining a smoky dimension that pairs well with any dish.
