The Absolute Best Way To Reheat Chicken Wings
By LUCY MADDOX
Nothing tastes better than an order of gut-busting chicken wings straight from the oven, but all too often, your towering pile of wings is impossible to finish in one sitting. Luckily, chicken wings make great leftovers and midnight snacks, as long as you reheat them the right way.
It may be tempting to stick your leftover wings in the microwave for a quick zap, but using the oven is a far better method. It may seem time-consuming to fire up the oven, but it's well worth it once you take a bite of your wings with their addictive crispness and crunch fully restored.
Before putting your wings in the oven, bring them to room temperature by taking them out of the fridge and letting them sit for 15 minutes. While you wait, preheat the oven to 350º F, then place your wings on a tray with at least one inch between each wing, and cook for five to six minutes.
