The Chi Chi Is The Ultimate Rum-Free Tropical Drink

Rum is integral to nearly all tropical drinks, but if you're not a fan of this liquor, you can try a drink that packs the same beachy, tropical fun without any rum: the chi chi.
Even those who aren't big on rum can enjoy the island-inspired flavors with the chi chi, which has a lot in common with popular tropical tipples, except that it's made with vodka.
Made with pineapple and coconut, it's essentially a piña colada without rum. If you want to truly experience this drink, you'll first need 4 ounces of pineapple juice.
Add 1 ounce of cream of coconut and 1 1⁄2 ounces of vodka before shaking it all up with ice. Then, strain it into a goblet over fresh ice and pop a pineapple slice on the rim.
