A certain Richmond, Virginia restaurant is taking hospitality and customer interaction to new heights with pour-your-own-alcohol options. Led by Chef Todd Johnson, Napa Kitchen and Wine offers food items like seafood, steaks, and salads to keep visitors well-fed as they pour their own premium bourbon in the eatery's wine lounge.

"Our customers regularly request high-end bourbons and now we offer access to several premium brands that they may not normally find in the ABC store or other restaurants in the area," says CEO and Founder Dennis Barbaro. Guided cards help guests take notes on which labels they prefer as they sample various bourbons.

Napa Kitchen's selection of bourbon labels rotate frequently to keep things interesting, with featured brands including Murray Hill Club, Bookers, W. L. Weller, Van Winkle, Buffalo Trace, Elijah Craig, Eagle Rare, Amador, and Catoctin Creek. Seasonal appetizers and dishes also excite the palate as you taste your way around the lounge.
