Despite being widely available and the most well-known variety, the milk chocolate M&M's, the first ever M&M's flavor to be launched, came last in our ranking of 11 M&M's flavors.
Milk chocolate should have a balanced trifecta of sweetness, cocoa notes, and a milky richness, but all these M&M's offer is sweetness, which could've come from the candy coating.
The cheap quality of the chocolate is glaringly obvious because there's no other filling to enhance those imperceptible milky, cocoa notes. Plus, the chocolate tastes a little dry.
