What Company Makes Trader Joe's Crispy Crunchy Chocolate Chip Cookies?

Many of Trader Joe’s products come from brands we already know, and it's been speculated that their Crispy Crunchy Chocolate Chip cookies are varieties of Tate’s Bake Shop.
Packaging on the gluten-free version of these cookies led to the theory. Furthermore, the crunchy texture and flavor are too close to be mere coincidences.
Fans are also saying the recipe has changed, which could allude to a new manufacturing partner or the incorporation of a secondary producer, but there's no definite answer.
