Where Geoffrey Zakarian Goes In NYC For His Favorite Steak Dish

While New York City is filled with steakhouse institutions and newer, trendy spots to grab a filet or ribeye, Geoffrey Zakarian shared his favorite place in the city for steak.
Although it's not technically a steakhouse, Zakarian said his preferred eatery for a steak is Minetta Tavern, a Parisian-style restaurant in Manhattan's West Village.
The famed chef orders a medium-rare côte de boeuf, a French-style cut of beef rib. He also says he likes it with lots of salt to bring out the flavor of the fine-cut beef.
