You Can Make Delicious Ritz Cracker Thin Mints With Only 2 Ingredients
BY NIKKI MUNOZ
Those who favor Thin Mints Girl Scout cookies will be happy to know that there's an easy way to make them at home with just two ingredients: Ritz crackers and Andes Mints.
Unwrap two cups of Andes Mints and place them in a microwave-safe dish. Heat them for 30 seconds, stir, and repeat in 20-30-second intervals until the chocolate is melted.
Use a fork to dip each cracker into the chocolate and let any extra drip off before placing the chocolate-covered crackers onto a parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
Let the crackers harden either for one to three hours at room temperature or 15 to 30 minutes in the fridge. The resulting flavor will closely resemble Thin Mints.
