You Need Muffin Liners When Baking Egg Bites, No Matter The Pan

Since eggs are particularly susceptible to sticking to the pan you cook them in, you’re going to want to use a muffin liner every time you make baked egg bites.

Muffin liners will make it so the egg bites don’t have any contact with the muffin tin. Give the liners a light coat of cooking spray to stop the egg from sticking to them as well.

If you don't have any muffin liners handy, you can simply use cooking spray or butter to coat each well of your muffin tin before pouring your egg mixture in.
