You Only Need 2 Ingredients For This Easy Yogurt Bread

Despite the widespread belief that bread is difficult and time-consuming to bake at home, homemade bread can be made easily with just two ingredients: yogurt and flour.
As shared by Stella Drivas on TikTok, a loaf of homemade sandwich bread requires just 3 cups of self-rising flour and 1 ¾ cups of low-fat vanilla yogurt (not Greek yogurt).
Mix the flour and yogurt, transfer the dough to a pan, and bake for 35 to 40 minutes at 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Cover it with foil if the top browns too quickly.
The result will be a soft, chewy bread with a hint of sweetness thanks to the vanilla yogurt, giving it a versatility that pairs well with both sweet and savory recipes.
