Golden Corral's made-to-order steak is extremely popular and is available at every location of the all-you-can-eat buffet. The steak is made from USDA-certified sirloin.
It has a rich, beefy taste and strikes a nice balance between the tender filet mignon and the chewier round cuts, so it’ll hit just right no matter how tender you like your steaks.
You can let the grill chef know your preferred doneness — be it medium rare and juicy, perfectly pink medium, or cooked medium well — and they'll char-broil it to your exact order.
Pair it with your choice of side from the table to get a nice steak dinner without a steakhouse price tag. However, it's not available during all service hours.
Plan your reservation after 4 p.m. from Monday through Saturday — that's when they begin the dinner service — and arrive early. The dinner service begins after 11 a.m. on Sundays.
